How Cute!

We were standing by the artificial stream/fountain in the plaza by the city building, and a three-year old girl toddled passed us, heading towards her friend. Her shoes were perfectly dry. "Look!" she said to her friend. "Look how WET my shoes are!" And with that, she stomped her foot down into the stream.
